Where are you located? Do you travel?
I am located in Lake Spivey, Georgia, and I regularly photograph weddings in the Atlanta area and across the Southeastern United States. I am willing to travel anywhere for the right client, and this year the locations on my “dream list” include New Orleans, the Maine coast, and the Northwestern coast (California, Oregon, and Washington). If you’re planning a wedding in one of these places, I would love to hear from you!
I’m so excited to work with you! How do I reserve you to photograph my wedding?
I require a signed contract and 50% deposit in order to reserve a wedding date. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding.
What are your rates for weddings?
Signature coverage for weddings includes a complimentary engagement session, wedding day photography by Lauren Wright and an assistant photographer, an online gallery to share with friends and family, and your edited, print-ready digital files. Signature coverage is $400 per hour and is available from 4-12 hours. Collections can be customized to include fine art matted prints and heirloom quality leather bound wedding albums. On average, my clients invest between $3600-4800 on a complete wedding photography collection.
Does Signature coverage include a second photographer?
Yes. Signature coverage includes an assistant photographer who aids and supports me throughout the wedding day and takes pictures alongside me during the wedding ceremony and reception. Please let me know if it’s important to you to have a collection of getting ready photos of the groom and groomsmen, if you choose a restrictive ceremony venue, or if you have 300+ guests so that I can choose the right assistant photographer for your wedding.
When will we receive our engagement photographs?
A selection of my favorite images from your engagement session will be featured on my blog 1-2 weeks after your session. Your complete gallery will be available to view, share, and download 3-4 weeks after your session.
Can we exchange our engagement session for another product or service?
I include a complimentary engagement session in all of my wedding photography collections. It greatly strengthens our relationship by allowing you to experience my photography style first hand and by helping you learn to relax and be comfortable in front of the camera. You are not required to take
How much time should we set aside for posed photographs?
The majority of my time on your wedding day will be focused on documenting your day as it unfolds. However, I do suggest setting aside 30 minutes for each of the following groups: bride & bridesmaids, groom & groomsmen, bride & groom, family, and bridal party. If you prefer to invest less time on posed photographs, you may want to consider doing a first look. Organizing the schedule this way only requires that you set aside 30 minutes each for: bride & groom, bridal party, and family. Do we have permission to print and share our photos?
Absolutely! I believe that photographs are best enjoyed when you can hold them in your hands, and I encourage my clients to print as many of their photographs as possible. If you are interested in investing in a collection of fine art prints to preserve and showcase your favorite images from your wedding day or if you would like to have them artfully displayed in an heirloom quality album, I will gladly create one for you. Can I post my photos online?
Yes! I know that you’re going to love your photos, and I encourage you to share them with as many people as possible. If you share on Facebook, I request that you include a link to http://www.laurenwrightphoto.com in the caption area. Do you offer discounts for intimate weddings and elopements?
Absolutely! I understand that my Signature coverage is not the perfect option for every celebration, and I offer custom quotes for simple, intimate weddings and elopements. I encourage you to contact me for more information.
