If you come to visit the blog regularly, you may have noticed that this year I've been shooting quite a bit at Nash Farm. I don't know when it happened, but at some point this spring I just fell in love with this property. It is a historic civil war battlefield, but you'd never guess it when you look at it now. It's lush and green, and there are so many paths to explore. When Jamie and Kelsey asked me to help them choose an engagement session location, I couldn't help but recommend this place. I love it! And it's never more beautiful than at sunrise. This may be one of my all time favorite Nash Farm sessions, because we had the most warm, radiant light to work with. Not to mention, Jamie and Kelsey were so much fun to photograph! Kelsey says that Jamie hates having his picture taken, but I couldn't tell at all. He loved wrapping his arms around her and holding her close, and as far as I'm concerned, that's all it takes to make a beautiful photograph! It was a perfect morning.
