Married! Ryan & Corrie : Augusta, Ga
This summer has been such an incredible journey for me. It's so encouraging to know that I have the love and support of my sorority sisters in everything that I do. Earlier in the summer, I was able to photograph Christine's wedding. As I mentioned, I met Christine during recruitment, and she was one of the people who made me want to be an Alpha Gam in the first place. Then, a few weeks ago, I got to photograph Ryan & Corrie's wedding. Although Corrie and I didn't get to spend much time together while she was still at Tech, she let me know often that she was praying for me and she believed that the Lord had lead me to Alpha Gam for a purpose. I can't imagine having a more amazing and supportive sister, and I had so much fun documenting the start of their new life together.
I love this moment. Corrie is walking up to see Ryan for the first time, and all of her bridesmaids are eagerly watching around the corner.
This is one of my favorite things to capture: The way people in love look at each other. I think this is the widest, most genuine smile I saw on Ryan's face all day!
The property around the church was really beautiful, so we didn't have to venture far away from the AC to get fun portraits in the blazing August heat.
The ring bearer was such a little cutie!
I had knots in my stomach as I took this picture. All I could think about was the fact that I would be walking down the aisle toward my true love in just a few months! It made it that much more special for me to be a part of Corrie's wedding day.
There was quite a bit of laughter during the ceremony. I love the joy these two images show.
This image just makes me laugh, so I had to share it! :)
The following image is a lesson in getting krunk with Ryan and Corrie. Haha!
Right before Ryan and Corrie left for the night, we headed outside to grab one last portrait.
Ryan and Corrie, I had such a blast celebrating with you guys! I wish you an abundance of laughter in your life together, and I hope I get to see you again soon!
