As I’ve mentioned before, I love that my job allows me to reconnect with old friends at such a treasured time in their lives. Justine was one of my college roommates at Alpha Gam, and I had so much fun catching up with her and getting to know Drew, her soon-to-be husband. They’re so quirky and goofy – they’re absolutely perfect for each other! We started our session at Georgia Tech, and we ended up traveling over to the High Museum to grab a few shots as well.
I love wedding season, mostly because I love being able to connect with my clients and reconnect with old friends. Patti is one of my dear friends from college who I haven’t seen in years. She and Matt are getting married at the end of the summer, and I am so excited to be there to document every smile, every giggle and every radiantly happy moment.
These two are so nice I decided to post them twice! Haha. I know, I’d make a horrible poet.
Luckily, I’m much better at photographing cute couples than I am at rhyming about it. Donald and Dominique’s Summerour engagement session was shorter than we had originally planned because they got stuck in traffic, so we decided to split their session into two parts. For the second half of their session, they met me down in my hometown of McDonough to take some photos around the square.
The light was unreal! So beautiful.
