Confession: I think these images are perfect, and it’s not because I took them. It’s because Spencer and Shannon got married, and I got to celebrate it with them and document it for them. Their wedding was beautiful in every way. I laughed. I cried. I hugged friends I haven’t seen in a long time, and I got to watch two people who are deeply in love choose to spend the rest of their lives honoring the Lord together.
This is the second week in a row that I got to work with Kimberly from Bloomwoods. Lucky me! This woman is incredibly talented. I love her floral work!
I also love Shannon’s vibrant cowgirl boots. Don’t you?
I guess I should show off a few pictures of Spencer, too, since he was part of this thing, too!
Shannon, you get to enjoy this smile for the rest of your life. What a lucky girl you are!
Ceremony time! Here come the tears.
Shannon and Spencer wrote their own vows to each other, and the time they spent sharing them had everyone in tears. Everyone! Including me! And I don’t cry at weddings. Usually. Apparently, these two got to me.
While Spencer read Shannon his vows, she kept reaching up to touch his face and wipe away his tears.
I love a vibrantly dressed bridal party.
Oakhurst Farm may be my new favorite wedding venue. The grounds are stunning!
I love this shot! This is SO Spencer and Shannon!
They even had perfect weather. In August. In Georgia. How does this happen? I’m not sure. I guess they’re just wonderfully blessed!
Oh how I love this shot!
Their first dance was just as precious as their ceremony.
Congratulations Spencer and Shannon! And thank you for sharing your wedding day with me. You are so genuine and kind, and I can’t wait to see what God does in and through you in the coming years! Love you guys!
