The temperature in Atlanta this morning was just below freezing, so of course my friends and I thought it would be a perfect day to go ice skating outdoors! Even though I couldn’t feel my toes after 30 minutes on the ice, I can’t think of a better way that I could have spent this morning. I love ice skating, but I haven’t been since I was in high school. I fully expected to spend half of the morning falling on my bum, but surprisingly I was able to stay on my feet the whole time and help teach a new skater how to stay on her feet. All in all, it was a great day!

Normally Samantha (or Manny, as her friends and family call her) does not like to have her picture taken, but she didn’t seem to have too much of a problem posing with her sisters!
Suzanne and I have been close friends for almost five years, and even though being at school keeps us separated and busy most of the time, we still work really hard to fit girl time in together when we are home for the holidays. She is so bubbly and fun, and she is one of the few friends I have that will burst into song with me even if we’re in public. You know I love you, Suzanne!
